HistoryThe Towers of Chestnut Hill were constructed in 1978 – 1979. The South building was completed and opened before the North building. The Towers were originally an apartment complex called The Chestnut Hill Gardens. The Towers were converted to condominiums and renamed in 1981. The Towers consist of 423 residential units. The buildings accommodate over 600 residents. The Towers are located on 17 acres of land.
The Towers is managed by Barkan Management Company, the largest provider of residential property management services in New England.
